Each week our houses join together for a family-style meal where family, friends, and candidates for residency are invited. We encourage members of the community to invest in The Freemen House community by investing themselves in the lives of our residents. We warmly invite you to break bread with us and experience our mission for yourself.
Finances should not be a roadblock on the path to a healthy and balanced life. Scholarships give new residents an opportunity to being their new life by helping them through the crucial span between move-in, landing a job, and receiving their first paycheck.
The Freemen House residents volunteer their time and skills to the community at least one hour each week. This commitment is an essential component of personal growth for our residents. If you have small projects or needs that one or more of our residents could assist with, please contact us.
Do you know a skill you are willing to offer? Do you love to fix things that are broken? Do you enjoy planning and hosting events? Ask about current needs of the community and the houses which may align with your heart and your skillset.
